Lent 2026_ Overview and Schedule
A Lenten Invitation from Pastor Bobby
This Lenten season, beginning on Ash Wednesday, our church community is invited to journey together through a series of meditations centered on the tough questions Jesus asks.
These are not questions meant to push us away, but invitations into deeper faith. They are questions that challenge our assumptions, expose our fears, and call us to trust Christ more fully. As we walk with Jesus through the Gospels, from the wilderness to the storm, from the cross to the empty tomb, we will wrestle honestly with His words and cling to His promises.
This journey carries us through the solemn days of Holy Week and leads us, at last, to the joy and hope of Easter morning, where every question is met by the promise of resurrection.
Ash Wednesday – The Beginning of Our Journey
We begin our Lenten journey in ashes — dust to dust, ashes to ashes — acknowledging both our sin and our frail, finite nature, and our deep need for Christ’s mercy.
