Why We Fundraise

Tuition alone does not cover the full cost of providing small class sizes, faith formation, hands-on learning, and the individualized attention that defines a Trinity education. Each year, our community comes together to bridge that gap because we want to make Christian education accessible for people in our surrounding area!

This year, our goal is $500 per student. It’s a big goal, but we know we can make a big difference.

Your contribution invests in the goals of:

  • Keeping Christian education accessible for families

  • Strengthening classroom resources and expanding programs

  • Supporting technology and instructional innovation

  • Investing in student spiritual growth and leadership development

  • Sustaining the caring community that defines a Trinity education

Donate An Auction Item or Experience

To make a donation, please use the guides below and then return your filled out “donation receipt” to the school office. If you are donating an item, please return that with the receipt. If you are donating an experience, please include the description.

We’re delighted to offer online bidding this year so you can still participate and contribute to the fun even if you can’t make it. Link and information are coming soon!

We hope you will join us on Saturday, April 25th, for our annual school auction with a garden party theme. Gates open at 5pm amid the blooming gardens, with silent auction tables closing at 7pm. A delightful dinner will be served at 7pm in the garden. The live auction will begin shortly after dinner, as the evening unfolds in the fresh air.

Tickets are on sale now for $35 (single), $60 (couple), or $230 (table) through the end of March.

In April, prices increase to $40 (single), $70 (couple), or $250 (table). Tickets are limited, so secure yours in advance to guarantee your spot in the garden. Any remaining tickets will be available for $50 per person at the door.

Make a donation toward our goal

If a previous engagement keeps you from attending in person, we have two ways to donate to the ministry:

General Fund and Auction Goal, this fund helps underwrite the difference between tuition and the costs of operations.
