All teachers meet state requirements for
qualification to teach in a Preschool facility. Teachers are
hired on the basis of their skills, abilities to relate to
young children, qualifications in understanding the developmental
needs of young children, and how they live out their faith.

Susan
Foos - Early Learning Center
Director/Teacher
Mrs. Foos has been teaching at Trinity Lutheran Early Learning Center since 1994 and has also served as the ELC Director since 1996. During the 2008/2009 school year she will begin her 30th year of teaching. She also taught at Gloria Christi Lutheran Church in Greeley, CO and has an AAS Degree in Early Childhood Education. Susan is married to Randy, they have two children, Brittany and Jonathan, and one adorable granddaughter, Makayala Noelle. Her hobbies include: playing the organ for church, camping and spending time with family. "It has been a trememdous blessing for me to be in the ministry working with such special children and families, along with wonderful teachers. I enjoy sharing God's love with the children each day in the classroom and enjoy their hugs and smiles."

Sherri Mudge - Preschool Teacher
BS in Education. Sherri has 25 years of teaching experience. She is very flexible in her teaching style as she has taught preschool students through high school. She currently is a pre-kindergarten
teacher at Trinity. She is married to Ken Mudge and has two adult daughters, Michelle & Kristen. "I enjoy being with children. It is such a blessing watching them grow and change."

Jennifer D'Ambrosio -Jr. K Teacher
BA in English (UCSB) Jennifer is married and the mother of two elementary age children. She has been teaching Pre-K and tutoring children from Preschool through high school. "I love getting to know each child and watching them grow spiritually, socially and academically. It is also a blessing to work with such a wonderful staff and group of parents."

Lori
Laskowski - Preschool Teacher
Lori has taught for 10 years in both Pre-Kindergarten and Junior Kindergarten. She is married to Ron and they have two children, Noelle and Nathan. On her days off Lori enjoys crafts, boating and snowmobiling. She enjoys watching the preschoolers grow emotionally and educationally throughout the year.

Marlowe Marklin - Preschool Teacher
This is my fourth year at Trinity ELC. I am blessed to have such a wonderful job. Watching the kids grow educationally, spiritually and emotionally is a gift! I have been married to my husband, Bryan, for almost 25 years. We are the proud parents of 3 children. Scott and Kelsie are both in college and Hannah is a tenth grader at Ponderosa. In my free time I love to spend time outdoors. Hiking and camping are my favorite things to do. I have a great love of nature and you will see this reflected in my classroom!

Linda Meek - Preschool Teacher
Linda has a BSID from Texas A&M University. She has a background in always loving God's children and has been teaching children for over 20 years. Linda joined the ELC staff 4 years ago. She loves sharing her love for God with the children. It thrills her to watch them embrace God in their lives by learning to talk to God through prayer and to see them grasp concepts and apply it to their lives. Conversation is a wonderful way to hear application of their training in their life. She looks forward to using the gifts that God has blessed her with in the future.

Linda Novak - Preschool Aide
Linda been working at Trinity as an aid at the beginning of last school year and thoroughly enjoys her job. She is married to Dan and they have three grown children and one precious grandchild, Jacob. Jacob attended Trinity from pre-school through kindergarten and has fond memories of his early learning years. "Working for Susan Foos and the wonderful staff in a loving and friendly environment is truly a privilege and a blessing. The children are a delight and a joy to be around. It is rewarding to observe them stretch and grow spiritually and academically."

Karen Thayer - Preschool Aide
Karen has been working with children for the past 20 years. She is a mother of five children and has been happily married for 18 years. In her free time she spends time with her family and friends. She is always trying new and inventive things to cook and bake. She loves working with children and helping them grow and, of course, making them laugh.
